Questions asked by Parents
- What should my kid wear and should they bring an extra change of clothes?
- Kids should wear old clothes, they will probably get dirty. We suggest wearing a long sleeve shirt and pants but most players play in everyday clothes.
- Is adequate sitting available?
- We have a big back patio and a huge seating area between our fields. We have enough seating and chairs to accomadate several large groups.
- Is there an inside seating area?
- We did have an inside seating area but everyone preferred to sit outside so we took out the seating area to make the store bigger. The facility, being away from city buildings, gets a big breeze to help counter any heat from the sun.
- Can I bring a Cake, Ice Cream, Pizza, or a Grill for BBQ?
- You can bring any food or drinks to our facility and you can store any cold items in one of our coolers.
- Do you have everything they need to play?
- We rent everything they are going to need to play. The rental will include a paintball marker, the air that makes the paintballs fly, and a mask that protects their eyes, ears, forehead and chin.
- How long can they play?
- We are open from 10 - dark and they are allowed to play as long as they want during that time.
- How long do the paintballs last?
- How long paintballs last vary from person to person but the average for 500 paintballs is between 2 to 4 hours.
- How long do the games last?
- Games normally last between 3 - 5 minutes and everyone usually plays 2 - 4 games before coming up to reload or take a break. After a 5 minute break players resume playing several short games before coming up again.
- Can I leave my child there for the day?
- You can leave your child at the field as long as they are over the age of 10 and can reasonably follow the rules.
- What type of food do you have to eat?
- We offer several snacks for the kids, including: soda, gatorade, water, ice cream, chips, candy bars, pickles, popcorn, hotdog's, hot pockets, nachos, and various snacks.
- Do the paintballs stain clothing?
- The paintballs are made of biodegradable material and are made in a similar way as those cold capsules you may have taken. They will break and leave marks of color that will usually wash out.
- Do the paintballs hurt?
- In most instances there is only a little sting and in other instances they would not even feel it hit them. They may end up with a bruise from a direct up close hit, but we all tend to wear those bruises as a badge of courage. - Are your fields spectator friendly?
- Several of our fields are netted off and spectator friendly. There is plenty of seating available to view the games during play. Spectators are not allowed on the other side of the netting without proper face and eye protection.
Please note: All players must purchase and use field paint, whether using your own equipment or using rentals. Those found in violation are subject to ejection for the day with no refunds. Thank you for respecting our policies
