**Please Note** Reservations are NOT mandatory but the information provided with the reservation will allow us to set aside rental gear and staffing specifically for your group on that day. If you prefer you can just show up without reservations and pay the regular walk-on play rate.
Reservation Policies
We prefer group reservations be made 1 week in advance, but it can be done in less time than that as long as space and equipment is available. The cut off time to make reservations for weekend play is the Friday before the day you are reserving at 4:00 PM.
We can only guarantee equipment for the number of players you make reservations for. You can bring an unlimited number of players but you are only allowed the group discount for up to 2 additional players that were not reserved for. The extra players in the group will pay the regular walk-on rate.
We accept VISA or MASTERCARD if you pay by credit card. We DO NOT accept checks.
There is a non-refundable $10 per person deposit that will apply to all party reservations. Deposits are required the day you make your reservation or we can not confirm it.
No-Shows as pertaining to equipment: No refunds. Whether or not the equipment is used the rental fee applies because the equipment was brought out. If it has been committed, the equipment is no longer available for anyone else to rent. No-Shows as pertaining to players: If a player or players don't show and have paid a deposit, that deposit is forfeited and cannot be used toward supplies.
On the reserved date your group has a maximum of 45 minutes beyond the reserved time to check-in. After 45 minutes your deposit will be forfeited and the reserved equipment given to another group.
In the event that extremely poor weather is "predicted" on the specific day your group is scheduled to play we will discuss other options, including rescheduling for another date.
Our facility is open RAIN or SHINE, so please keep this in mind when making reservations.
We honor rescheduled events if they are requested and confirmed a minimum of 48 hours in advance. The reschedule must be reserved and played within the 3 months after the initial reserved date.
If your entire group has free coupons for play you must make reservations for a minimum of 20 players. Reservations during non-business hours must be approved one week in advance. Most discounts on play are not available during non-business hours and all amounts paid are non-refundable.
For group play during non-business hours you must have a minimum of 10 prepaid players. The first 10 players can not include members and other discounts on play.
Please note: All players must purchase and use field paint, whether using your own equipment or using rentals. Those found in violation are subject to ejection for the day with no refunds. Thank you for respecting our policies
